1. Jennifer Aniston

This girl-next-door American actress has a killer body for her 43 years. Aniston's trim and toned physique is due to a combination of Pilates, yoga, spinning and running. The beautiful actress likes to exercise at least five and sometimes six days a week. Jennifer started Pilates in an attempt to cure her chronic back pain, pinched nerve and severe hip pain.
