KATE HUDSON ISN'T SHY ABOUT HER LOVE OF PILATES

37-year-old actress Kate Hudson cannot get enough of Pilates. When she's not raving about the exercise regime she has been dedicated to since she was 19, she's posting videos of her Pilates' classes on social media or posing for magazines with a Pilates theme shoot.

Devoted to Pilates for the past 18 years, Hudson has worked hard on her flexibility, strength and agility. As a result she has an incredibly toned body and can perform some very advanced Pilates exercises (see above!). The mother-of-two also likes to attend dance and exercise classes as well as workout outdoors but at the end of the day her love and heart is with Pilates.

"Nothing, literally nothing, makes me feel like I'm back to my body more than pilates," she confessed. "I'll travel, and I’ll go for a run or I'll Spin. But when I go home and get on the reformer or the Cadillac, my body immediately goes back. I can see an instant shift."
The slender star works very hard for her body and says that she forces herself to get in any incident exercise that she possibly can. "I'm one of those people who, it'll be early in the morning and I'll be in a robe getting my hair done, and I'll use my Hot5 app (a fitness app) -- and do push-ups for five minutes!" Hudson reveals.
Kate knows that to maintain her toned body she needs to eat very healthily. She eats five small meals a day, eating mainly unprocessed and plant-based foods. Hudson has a post-workout protein shake after breakfast, a salad for lunch, and a late-afternoon snack before dinner. Kate reveals that she used to never eat breakfast but started to when she realised how vital it was to her health. "The hardest thing for me is eating right when I get up, because I don't like to. I'm not one of those people who wakes up hungry," she explains. "I wake up and I want coffee and even a green juice, but everybody says you've got to eat something, even if it's little. So that's sort of the hardest, but I realise that when I do, I eat less during the day or late at night."
Saying all thisHudson is a fan of treating herself and thinks that life needs to include some indulgence. "If I want to go out and eat at a restaurant with amazing food, I'll do that, like, once a week, where I’m not thinking about it," she says. "I want to indulge! I want to do things that are not necessarily healthy sometimes."
If you are dedicated and motivated to work out as Kate, why not splash out and indulge?!

KATE HUDSON has been DEVOTED to PILATES for 18 YEARS

Actress and creator of exercise line Fabletics Kate Hudson recently revealed all her health & fitness secrets to Shape magazine! A couple of things are very apparent from this interview: this girl is head over heels for PILATES and works bloody hard to keep her figure.

As the June cover model of US Shape magazine, Hudson cuts a very toned figure as she splashes around in the water in some designs from her fitness line. The trim star credits Pilates as her body breakthrough.

"I was 19 when I discovered Pilates, and I'm still doing it. It's the workout my body really responds to. It's all about alignment, elongating your spine, and strengthening your core. It makes me feel my strongest. Pilates is always challenging. The advanced moves are amazing, but so hard. I also love TRX because it's similar to Pilates in that you use your own body weight. But for me, Pilates is the best."

When Hudson cannot get to a Pilates studio she makes sure to keep her Pilates up by using an online Pilates workout series. The famous actress also loves working out outdoors whenever she can. "I'm a nature girl. I grew up in Colorado and was always outside. I still am, even when I'm in the city. If I'm in Amsterdam, I get on a bike, ride everywhere, and really see the place. I love that freedom, which you can't get in a car. In New York City, if I'm staying downtown and have a meeting uptown, I'll put on my earphones, listen to great music, and just walk. There is nothing better than walking in Manhattan."

Kate reveals that she only stays in 'tip-top shape' by consistently working out. She uses exercise as a form of meditation. "When I exercise, I need to connect to myself and see how I'm feeling at the moment, because my mood is constantly changing," explains Kate. The gorgeous actress goes on to say that she has a very happy and healthy relationship with her body. "I love my shape because I work really hard at it! I honour my body by working out and seeing what it can do."

We love Kate's attitude towards exercise, especially her commitment to Pilates!! Exercise should be something that you consistently work hard at and that you dedicate yourself to and you should be proud of the body that you create! KATE HUDSON'S KILLER ABS ARE MADE in the PILATES STUDIO

Kate Hudson Abs Secret, Revealed! This Is How You Can Get Killer Abs

Actress Kate Hudson's amazingly toned abs were on display for all to see and envy at the Golden Globes earlier this month (see above photo). The mother-of-two revealed her secret to age-defying abs in a recent interview.

“It’s Pilates,” Kate replied immediately when asked how she manages to stay in such great shape. “There’s no other core workout [for] me, personally.  That’s what works for me.  I feel like when I’m doing Pilates I feel pulled in in the centre, because it’s all core based.”

The Kung Fu Panda 3 actress has been incredibly loyal and dedicated to Pilates; she has been following this exercise regime for the past 15 years! (And on a side note, Hudson has also stuck with the same instructor for this long!) With all the workout trends around at the moment, it is great to see that Pilates has major staying power in the crazy fad world of Hollywood! Even though Kate has participated in 3-5 hourly Pilates classes every week for the past 15 years, she has not yet ceased seeing results or gotten sick of this form of exercise. I think this speaks volumes about how addictive and beneficial Pilates can be for everyone.

What does Kate do besides Pilates: The toned star will often combine cardiovascular exercise with her Pilates classes. Hudson's trainer will often take her on a one mile run (1.6 kilometres) before she even starts her Pilates session! On days when Kate does not do Pilates, she will either be at a Yoga or Spin class.

If you want to get abs like Kate Hudson, you have to do the work! There's unfortunately no quick fix, no button you can press, no fast acting diet you can follow. The secret is good ole fashioned exercise and in this case, Pilates. At Premium Pilates Studio we offer a large range of different Pilates classes, including Reformer & Equipment, Floor work, Barre and Stretch classes. Tell us your goals and we will help you achieve them! Call us on 0402 680 724, visit us online at premiumpilatesstudio.com or email us today at inquiries@premiumpilatesstudio.com.

In addition, Jennifer says that Pilates makes her feel healthier and taller!

Years on and Orlando's lower back is still doing well, thanks to consistent Pilates workouts that focus on strengthening his core.

KATE HUDSON'S WEIGHT LOSS TIPS: EAT HEALTHY & DO PILATES!

Stunning actress Kate Hudson credits a healthy eating plan and regular Pilates workouts for her amazing 70 pound (31.75 kilograms) weight-loss following each of her two pregnancies. The yummy mummy of two tipped the scales at 184 pounds (83.4 kilograms) at her heaviest whilst pregnant and relied on Pilates and low-carb food to get her back to her pre-baby weight.

At 35 years of age, Hudson looks like she is in the best shape of her life. The 5 foot 6 (167cm) beauty has been doing Pilates for over 14 years (since she was 19) and credits this form of exercise for her post-baby weight loss, as well as leaning and toning her body. Kate believes in the benefits of Pilates and loves this exercise regime so much that she even filmed her very own Pilates dvd in August last year - due to be released soon!

The super toned actress admits that losing her baby weight was no easy feat and that she exercised for up to six hours a day every day! Once she reached a happy post-baby weight, Kate reduced this crazy amount of exercise. Nowadays, Hudson likes to maintain an active lifestyle and works out several times a week because exercise honestly makes her feel good.

"When we start moving our body, it brings more dopamine and serotonin to our brains," Kate tells Instyle magazine. "It awakens your system, so I try to stay motivated to be active. I like Pilates because it strengthens you from the inside out. It really centers on your core."

The trim actress also likes to run, jump rope and do yoga. Hudson reveals that she'd prefer to exercise than starve herself, hence why she exercises daily (so she can eat everything in moderation without feeling guilty).

The mother of two sticks to a low-carb, high-protein eating plan, not unlike the Paleo diet. This form of eating has been proven to reduce fat around the stomach, as has Pilates! Kate tries to eat no more than 1,800 calories a day and does a juice cleanse twice a day to revitalise her body.

Want to get a bikini body like Kate Hudson? You will have to work hard for it, but Pilates can help you get there! Call Premium Pilates Studio on 0402 680 724 or visit us online at premiumpilatesstudio.com
